National University of Mongolia (NUM) School of Law final year students and alumni are invited to apply for one-year Master of Laws (LL.M.) top tuition scholarships at Penn State Law (The Pennsylvania State University) for academic year 2024-2025 (August 2024 – May 2025).  Penn State University (U.S.A.), founded in 1863, is ranked among the top 100 universities in the world (QS Rankings).  Since 2009, Penn State Law’s LL.M. program has graduated lawyers, judges, professors, NGO leaders, recent law school graduates, and civil servants from 98 countries.
